The Woodstock Arts Colony forges a new frontier with a pair of exhibition openings along Route 28 in Kingston on Saturday, January 26. Both feature well-known Woodstock area artists. One doubles as a de facto opening party for a Woodstock business’ new home.
The Samadhi Recovery Outreach Center rehab facility aims to be an affordable alternative for those seeking rehabilitation rooted in the principles of mindfulness, self-compassion and harm-reduction therapy. It’s launching this spring with an outreach center in Kingston. A benefit is planned for Sunday, January 27.

Later this month, Pine Hill-based artist Brenda Goodman will be heading down to New York City’s influential Chelsea art district for a solo show at the prestigious Sikkema Jenkins Gallery she’s had her heart set on showing in for years now.
