Ryan vetoes ‘Dan Torres Law’

The Ulster County Legislature passed a measure forbidding county appointees from holding elected office 12-11. Woodstock’s Herwood Inn is small and complete

Woodstock’s Herwood Inn is small and complete

The proprietors of the Herwood Inn seem to have thought of everything. Bed platforms flush with the floor, so nothing can roll underneath, including dust. His screen went black during the voting; Rodriguez abstained from the vote and made no comment.

The building department meanwhile started working to limit the number of illegal sandwich board signs being used in the business core.
