Kingston firefighters set 9/11 remembrance

The Kingston Fire Department will hold its annual marking of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks next Wednesday, Sept. 11 at Fireman’s Park on Washington Avenue. Attendees are asked to gather at 8:30 a.m.; the ceremony will begin at 8:46 a.m., when American Airlines Flight 11 hit the North Tower of the World Trade Center. The public is encouraged to attend.
