Friday-Sunday, July 6-8: Scattered in years past over many locations, the 2018 Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival will be concentrated in one spot: the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck. Nearly 100 balloon launches are scheduled, as well as aerial thrills of all kinds.
