Saturday-Sunday, May 26-27: There will be 140 antiques dealers on hand, displaying their wares, including Americana, “High Country” and Mid-century Modern furniture and accessories, fine art, estate jewelry, silver, glassware, primitives, Oriental rugs, garden decorations, marine accessories, books, toys, decorated stoneware and so on.

I’ve skimmed through the white-walled halls of the School, Jack Shainman’s gleaming 30,000-foot exhibition space in what used to be Kinderhook’s high school, gawking as I go at a number of works by Radcliffe Bailey. Incorporating found objects, photos, paint and metal, his pieces explore multiple African-American themes, such as ancestry, migration, the Middle Passage and other elements of collective memory.
