WinterFest returned to the Hudson Valley Rail Trail last Saturday with 19 regional restaurants and businesses bringing their best batches of chili to compete for the “Best of Fest” People’s Choice Award. “Legislator [Hector] Rodriguez violated the public trust, violated women, and is unfit for public service,” wrote Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan upon receipt last Friday of an independent investigative report from a partner in an Albany law firm addressed to county personnel officer Sheree Cross.
