Foster body found: Catskill man is charged with second-degree murder
When Brandyn Dayne Foster went missing a little over a year ago, it was Woodstock Police who first picked up the case. On February 6, the 31-year-old Foster’s remains were found on a rural Catskill property where he was living at the time of his disappearance. On February 14 police arrested Carlos Graham, 31 of Catskill, and charged him with second-degree murder for killing Foster.
Gang slaying in state park was recorded on video; four arrested
According to law enforcement officials and court documents, at least three alleged members of a notorious street gang are accused of stabbing to death and burying an unnamed victim at a state park in Saugerties last year.
Still time to update pistol permits, authorities say
Thousands of Ulster County gun owners may be walking around with invalid pistol permits after a deadline passed to renew the documents. But state and local law enforcement officials say legal handgun owners who have not renewed their permits have little to fear, at least for now.
