New Paltz and Saugerties to host Narcan training

Ninety-one Americans die of an opiate overdose every day. Narcan, or naloxone, is a fast-acting treatment that can reverse the effects of an overdose. All first-responders carry it, but often, they arrive too late. For this reason, training programs for potential overdose witnesses have sprung up. Two will be held locally this November.
