A Saugerties business owner is facing deportation and separation from his wife and infant son after new hard-line immigration policies and a torturously slow bureaucracy left him in legal limbo.
Thousands of Americans in the nation’s capital and beyond are expected to take part in a coordinated rally March 24 demanding legislative solutions to mass shootings. Ulster town officials this week revealed that their request to extend the public comment period on a proposed 20-megawatt electric-generating power plant had been denied by the project’s developer, Lincoln Park DG LLC.
