The band has used a room over the Inquiring Mind Book Store as a practice space for years, but the space was in poor condition and dangerous to occupy, said co-conductor Joe Drisgula. The band is looking at new space for practice.

More than 200 vendors will be hawking their wares, and one particularly eyecatching workshop features HGTV.com writer Melissa Caughey of Tilly’s Nest, who will share tips on how to “speak chicken.”
Baseball legend Darryl Strawberry, who won the World Series as a player with both the New York Mets (1986) and New York Yankees (1996, 1998, 1999), will visit Saugerties High School on June 8. He will discuss how he overcame addiction and found his true purpose in helping people with their struggles.
