The Ulster County SPCA has partnered with the Bissell Foundation for Empty the Shelters, an adoption event at their animal shelter at 20 Wiedy Road, Kingston on Saturday, May 5 from 11:30 am until 3:30 pm. Through this partnership, the Bissell Foundation will sponsor all adoption fees for the day.
