Norwegian Air, the budget airline that made a big splash last year when it announced transatlantic flights starting at $65 out of Newburgh’s Stewart Airport, is cutting service to Edinburgh, Scotland and Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Flights to Ireland (Dublin and Shannon) will continue, as will flights to Bergen, Norway.
Service to Belfast will continue through October and Edinburgh through March.
The Scandinavian carrier first began service at Stewart in June of 2017.
