Earlier this month, Gov. Cuomo announced a plan to allow limited use of medical marijuana for those with serious illnesses. The loosening of the law was accomplished by executive action, bypassing the State Legislature, and is much more limited than other states who have legalized the drug. Still, some wonder if the move is the first step toward wider legalization of medical marijuana. What do you think?
