Thomas R. Bartholomew
State Police arrested Thomas R. Bartholomew, of Kingston, yesterday and charged him with two counts of third-degree rape and third-degree criminal sexual act. Police said an investigation found Bartholomew, 37, was having sexual relations with 16-year-old girl at his residence in the city of Kingston. The crimes were alleged to have occurred between October and November 2017.
Bartholomew was arraigned in the Town of Hurley Court and remanded to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash/$50,000 bond and ordered to reappear in the City of Kingston Court on a later date.

This person should be sent to a locked sex offender unit at state rehab facility and separated from society for at least of 25 years and forced to undergo long term extensive therapy.
