The fourth annual Christmas tree bonfire will take place on Saturday, January 9, 3 p.m., at Hasbrouck Park in the Village of New Paltz. The New Paltz Volunteer Fire Department will tend to the fire, and a monetary contribution to the fire department is suggested. There are three ways you can add your tree to the bonfire: in the village, leave it curbside starting Tuesday, December 29; drop it off at the Village Department of Public Works next to Village Hall; or bring it the day of the bonfire.
Limited space is available for vendors. Contact Village Clerk Katie Bunker for more information at 255-0130 or [email protected].
