State Police arrested Douglas H. Lackner, 74, of Lake Katrine, on Tuesday, following a report of a male masturbating in front of a woman at the Town of Hurley Rail Trail.
Lackner was charged with public lewdness and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Hurley Court.
