Three individuals were taken into custody by the New York State Police during the early morning hours on Nov. 22, after a search warrant was executed at the Southside Terrace Apartments in New Paltz.
Arrested were Mason Silverman, 24; Conor McManus, 20, and Emma Jean Gloffke, 18.
Police said all three were in the apartment at the time the search warrant was executed and all were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. Cocaine, heroin, marijuana, Xanax, drug paraphernalia, and cash was seized from the apartment.
The three were taken into custody and arraigned before Hon Jonathan Katz, Town Justice of New Paltz, and remanded to the Ulster County Jail pending further court adjudications.
Participating agencies included the the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET), the Town of New Paltz Police Department, and the Ulster County URGENT task force.
