“One, my client is not guilty of what she is charged with,” said Rounds. “And two, it’s a matter of conscience, even if she did what’s she’s accused of, there was no intent to damage the property.”
Rounds said the case, currently before City Court Judge Lawrence Ball, was still in the preliminary stages and no date has been set for the proceedings.
